Ok folks im back. This is where I begin yet another new journey. I am embarking on the start of a healthy new beginning. Its time that I start a new healthy lifestyle so as to be able to keep up my my children, my girlfriend who is doing amazing with her amazing changes and so as to feel better about myself.
I have recently started trying to get rid of the bad things in my diet and have found that it is really really hard. I have amazing people around me and who will look out for me.
So I took the step today of stepping on the damn scale and it shrieked at me to get off lol. Ok not really but the reading of 226 pounds was a little bit of a shocker.
So I ask if any of you see me reaching for crap or heading to a fast food joint to smack me in the head lol.
I know my biggest challenge will be willpower and that is gonna be tough. But being able to walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing would be nice.
So time to cut out all the bad stuff and bring on the good...I have a good teacher and inspiration to look up to in my girlfriend and she is amazing. Besides, me being a simple man, with my stupid man syndrome and all, finds all the information about the food and exercise way too complex.
